This thesis presents the development of a graphic computer simulation of a Jackson network. In particular, the simulated network is a queueing system consisting of two servers in tandem, one customer entrance point, two potential customer exit points, and one potential customer feedback path. This system is modeled as a discrete-event simulation implemented on an IBM Personal Computer IBM PC. The IBM PC requires a color monitor, a colorgraphics adapter card, at least one disk drive, and a minimum of 128 kilo-bytes of random access memory RAM. Keywords User manuals Graphic displays. Author
