Abstract:
This document is a Supplemental Information Report which provides detailed information on the effects of hydropower releases on the Sac River downstream from Caplinger Mills Dam. It was designed to provide the landowners, agencies and individuals who commented on the Final Supplemental Environmental Statement FSES with additional information. The purchase of sloughing and perpetual flowage easements actions were identified in FSES and they are not changed by this report. The impacts of the hydropower releases occur primarily in reach A Caplinger Mills to Highway W. However, some impacts occur in the area of the Harry S. Truman Reservoir flood pool influence.
