Abstract:

This report defines the structure of the reliabilitymaintainabilityavailability model which is being developed to support the evaluation of marine vehicles being considered as cutters in support of U.S. Coast Guard missions. This document represents the current description for the computer model which has been developed using the SLAM II simulation language on a VAX 11780. Included in this report is a definition of purpose of the model a description of the approach used in developing the model a detailed description of the model including its structure and subroutines results of model testing and supporting information such as data element descriptions.
