Stability of Liquid-Filled Projectiles with Unusual Coning Frequencies.

For a liquid-filled shell, a key parameter is r, the ratio of coning frequency to spin frequency. This report considers the stability implications of r in the unusual intervals -1,0 and 1,3. It is shown that for a low viscosity liquid treated by the Stewartson-Wedemeyer theory there is no possibility of unstable motion in these two regions.
