Abstract:

The Navy Personnel Research and DEvelopment Center NPRDC is the principal Navy activity for conducting and coordinating human resources research, development, testing, and evaluation in the areas of manpower, personnel, education, training, and human factors. NPRDC fulfills this mission through research efforts in three major program areas. Partial Contents Training Laboratory Manpower and Personnel Laboratory and Human Factors and Organizational Systems Laboratory.
