Abstract:
This report highlights the perceptions that junior enlisted Personnel members, assigned duties in Consolidated Base Personnel Offices CBPOS, had toward their jobs and their supervisors. The information used in the analysis was extracted from the responses to an Organizational Assessment Package OAP Survey administered by the Leadership and Management Development Center LMDC, Air University, Maxwell AFB, AL, as a part of their base consultation services. The response of approximately 650 junior enlisted Personnel members were compared to the responses of approximately 650 junior enlisted Personnel members were compared to the responses of approximately 43,000 other OAP participants to determine how the personnel members perceive their jobs relative to the responses of others in the data base. The report concluded that the junior enlisted Personnel members were highly motivated and pleased with their jobs with one exception, outside interferences with primary duties.
