It describes briefly the function of all the modules and related programs of MASK 2 Part 2 describes how a user goes about creating a MASK layout, converting it to CIF, and translating it to either Cornell or Electromask code. It is also explains how to transfer the code to a magnetic tape and how to verify the tape 3 This section explains how to add a new MASK structure to the structure. It tells which modules to change and how to go about it 4 This is a programmers description of MASK. It explains the function of each subroutine in all modules and related programs 5 This section informs the user how to compile and link all the modules and related programs so as to ready the programs for execution and 6 Special structures are described here.
