Abstract:

A comparison of sprainstrain SS injuries and subsequent training days lost during aerobic based programs featuring either calisthenic or circuit weight training programs was undertaken. Findings showed a significant reduction in the total number of SS injuries and subsequent no marchno physical training days among aerobiccircuit weight training ACWT participants. Lower incidence of anklefoot injuries following A CWT appeared to account for these findings. Keywords Physical fitness Remedial training. Author
