The amin of the conference was to feature trends in theory and practice of nonlineary analysis. The contents of this conference are very broad including thoery as well as applications. The works, in some cases reflected collaborative efforts between mathematicians and other scientists and engineers. Indeed there are talks cocerned with optimal cotrol and variational methods which deal with problems that are either deterministic or stochastic in nature. Several papers in qualitative behavior of solutions of nonlinear evolution as well as partial differential equations including currnet status fo Hamilton- Jacobi equations, are presented. Some of the partial differential equations as wll as Volterra equations and ordinary differential equations represented models in the life and natural sciences. In related papers numerical techniques are developed to analyze the models mentioned above as well as others. There is also a group of mathematical scientists concerned with dynamical systems particulary, stability theory, bifurcation analysis, chaos, and pattern formation. There are a few papers on delay differential equations, particularly for boundary value problems.
