Time Series Evaluation of Race Relations Improvement.

This report describes the results of observing a variety of measures over an eleven year period to determine whether the race relations improvement program was associated with changes in perceived racism, mobility patterns, and the portrayal of black and white people in corporate publications. The findings indicate that white people perceive more racism, that blacks and white women have experienced notable upward mobility in the corporation, and that no change has occurred in how blacks and whites appear in corporate publications.
