THe effects of computational cell size and slide line routines upon TROTT computer code simulations of explosive and impact powder densifications were determined. A 30 by 40 grid of quadrilateral cells was computationally adequate to describe the systems under study and the presence of a slide line did not appreciably affect the final calculated powder density.
