Abstract:
The workshop was held for the purpose of identifying the governments interest in SWCL technology, reviewing past and present efforts in this area and presenting the governments plans for a new thrust in SWCL source development. In addition, the workshop was to provide a forum for interaction between members of the Strategic Defense Initiation Organization SDIO and the 6.1 agencies with the technical community in order to create an enthusiastic response to the SWCL thrust and to generate new concepts as well as to involve new participants in this technically challenging area. This document contains abstracts of papers presented at the workshops.
