Abstract:

A computer simulation of the coverage of satellite borne radars with mechanical andor electronic scanning mode has been implemented in APL language. The number of revisits and the revisit time are calculated for a set of points of reference. The programs are producing either paper printout or graphic displays on a Tektronic screen. This simulation is a component of a software package designed to study space based radar surveillance systems.
