Abstract:

A review of the Schmidt technique for analyzing unsteady heat flow under the restrictions of idealized boundary conditions is presented. Algebraic formulations are used for estimating wall temperatures in a ballistics environment. The procedure is given in desk-top computer program for maximum utility.
