Abstract:

NOISEMAP3.4 computer program efficiently computes the noise level of aircraft, which is one step in the determination of the noise impact created. DRIVER is a program that will simplify the use of NOISEMAP3.4 when evaluating simple rectangular flight patterns. This manual was designed to guide the reader in using the DRIVER program. DRIVER takes a more general description of the flight pattern and computes the necessary input for NOISEMAP3.4. This manual uses the helicopter training flight patterns as examples. Author
