The objectives of this research centered in two major areas. A computerized nutritional analysis of the diet offered to USAFA Cadts by the Cadet Dining Hall and a survey of cadet eating habits, food preferences and knowledge of the sciences of applied nutrition. Results of the research are presented and future areas for future nutrition education and menu modification are highlighted.
