Abstract:

Samples of Hispanic and Mainstream recruits responded to a questionnaire which presented 64 supervisors and asked for an estimate of the degree of liking and the probable productivity of workers working under each supervisor. There were no systematic differences between the Hispanics and the Mainstream.
