This project is to provide data for use in the review and update of the Specialty Training Standards STS and to determine job contents and training requirements. The data is to be used in developing preliminary estimates of the feasibility of establishing a centralized undergraduate enlisted aircrew technical school. The basic job for the 115X0 personnel involves performing as an extension of fixed and rotary-wing aircraft to conduct day and night rescue and recovery operations within friendly, hostile, or denied territory to provide emergency medical treatment and means of survival, evasion, resistance, escape, and recovery SERER of personnel, and to support recovery operations of aerospace hardware and personnel.
