This report describes the proposed changes to the ventilation system of the reactor building at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute AFRRI in Bethesda, Maryland. Classified as a Safety Analysis Report that meets the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 10, Part 50.59, this document provides the basis for the authors conclusion that the changes to the system involve no unreviewed safety questions and, in fact, improvements in the radiological safety at AFRRI.
