The DACS Annotated Bibliography is a hard copy version of the information contained in the Software Engineering Bibliographic SEB Database. It was designed to make the contents of the SEB database available to persons requiring immediate access to sources of software engineering literature. The bibliography contains a full citation for each document author, title, publication date, report number, sponsoring agency, contract number, journal or proceeding in which published, and ordering information, as well as an abstract describing the documents contents. The bibliography also contains an author index, a keyword or subject index, and a listing of the DACS Thesaurus containing all keywords used in indexing. The bibliography also contains a keyword-in-context KWIC index which is formed by successively rotating the non-trivial words in each title, to produce as many title entries for each title as the number of non-trivial words the title contains. The title entries are then sorted and printed in alphabetical order, allowing the user to locate any document in the collection by knowing any one or more of the words in its title . The comprehensive volume and the first supplement are being offered as a package. The two volumes contain over 900 pages describing more than 2200 documents. Author
