SOLFEAS is an interactive computer program developed to provide Corps of Engineers Field Operating Agencies FOAs with a simple, inexpensive means of estimating the economic feasibility of an active solar thermal energy system. SOLFEAS can project paybacks for each of four solar system types 1 service water heatingpreheating domestic hot water andor process hot water, 2 space heating only, 3 combined space - service water heating, and 4 combined space - service water heatingspace cooling.
