This report presents a method using an existing theoretical expression, for determining the transmission coefficient of ultrasonic waves incident on a thin plastic plate at an arbitrary oblique angle. The theoretical results were substantiated by inhouse and published data. Frequencies investigated range from 100 to 1000 kHz and materials investigated were Absonic-A, plexiglas and low-density polyethylene. Author
