Provide a program of periodic cutting and mowing and 4 Provide a program of periodic inspection and maintenance of the dam and appurtenances, including yearly operation and lubrication of the reservoir drain system, and monitoring of the sedimentation behind the spillway. Document this information for future reference. Also develop an emergency plan.
