NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL MONTEREY CA
Pagination or Media Count:
Recent concern within Congress and the Department of Defense over the growing Backlog of Maintenance and Repair BMAR of military real property, has encouraged the search, within the armed services, for a more effective approach to reducing the BMAR level.
