This technical report summarizes the research done in a 12 month program directed toward understanding observed m sub b and yield biases at the Nevada Test Site. This program has necessarily included work on seismic source functions, variations in attenuation, frequency dependence of Q, regional amplitude and waveform variations, and shallow structural influences on seismic wave propagation.
