Abstract:

Cultural Revolution is the label given to most modern organized citizen protests for or against change in ways of living. These movements are distinguished from political revolutionary activities by the absence of intent to change a government and, usually, by the absence of violence. Since many political revolutions began with or have a strong flavor of cultural discontent e.g., religious practices civil rights, the interests of strategists are directed to those cultural issues with potential for political revolution and its consequences for peace and war.
