Photodissociation of N2O to produce O1S and OCS to produce S1S has been studied in liquid argon and nitrogen. Emission spectra and lifetime information have been obtained. Synchrotron radiation has been used to produce XeF B, C, and D states from XeF2. Quantum yields, radiative lifetimes, and collisional rate coefficients with Ne, Ar, and N2 were determined. Author
