Abstract:

The Air Movement Planning System AMPS is a computerized method for quickly and effectively planning cargo loads for C-130, C-141, and C-5 aircraft. It is primarily intended for use in Army unit moves, but its inherent flexibility makes it adaptable for movement of most types of cargo under various conditions.
