This report presents a systematic methodology to study the transition metal ions of CuII, CrIII, CoII, VO2, and FeIII, and their binding to immunoglobulin G IgG. Procedures include dialysis, DEAE-cellulose column chromatography, gel electrophoresis, immunoelectrophoresis, ultrafilitration, UV spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance EPR.
