Abstract:

This is the first of the two sub-volumes comprising Volume III. These documents present profiles of the RMS values of the wake flow angles and velocities in the 1 omega to 2 omega range. The format is waterline on the ordinate and velocity or flow angle on the abscissa. Each graph shows a comparison of the baseline flow to the flow modified by some device or condition. This sub-volume covers build-up to baseline, baseline wake exploration and the effects of various hub caps. Author
