A six month action research project designed to evaluate the effects of survey feedback used as an intervention strategy within engineer units in a military setting. Dependent variables include a Unit Efficiency b Measures of Soldiers attitudes, both general and specific satisfactions c Intergroup Relations and d Supervisory Consideration. Conclusions about Evaluations of programs in actual work settings are also discussed. Finally, recomendations have been made about the practical implications of this study in the US Army.
