Abstract:

A baseline of present operational training methods and costs are developed. Present training methods are examined for adequacy by means of questionnaires and interveiws. Simulator configurations are presented which could be directly substituted for existing training methods. Throughout the measure of prorated costhands on hour of training is utilized for comparison.
