Abstract:

A program was conducted to develop further a solid fuel gas generator system. The gaseous output was cool less than 550 F most of its operating time and contained no large less than 10 micrometers particulate matter. Tests were conducted from -40 to 165 F to determine ignition delay and thermal sensitivity. Six conformance tests were conducted in flight-type hardware. Five complete nitrogen gas generator systems were delivered to MIRADCOM. Author
