The objectives of this study were to quantify the cerebrospinal fluid CSF biochemical changes in response to drug administration in rhesus monkeys. CSF was collected at hourly intervals over a period of neurotransmitter metabolites HMPG, HVA and the nucleotides C-AMP and C-GMP. Drug administration caused changes in the measured parameters.
