Abstract:

Based on task similarity, the structure of jobs performed in the Real Estate-Cost-Management Analysis career ladder was determined. Basically, six major groups were identified as follows Real Property Personnel, Cost Accounting Personnel, Supervisory and Management Personnel, Industrial Engineering Personnel, Funds Management Personnel, and Resident Instructor Personnel.
