This report details the development of a computer-aided design program for continuous and discrete control systems. The program described is fully interactive and provides complete error detection, abort protection, and several levels of user assistance. In addition to digital and continuous time response, frequency response, and root locus, the program allows block diagram manipulation, state-space analysis, and a variety of continuous to digital transformations. Built-in polynomial, matrix, and scientific calculators are also provided. A users manual and programmers guide are included to aid in further development of the program. Author
