Abstract:

A constructive Eulers Theorem is followed by quaternion representation of missile three-dimensional rotations. The bordered matrix form is emphasized lead vectors and transmuted equaternions speed computations. The n-th root of a quaternion is the starting point for algebraic recursions that are realized by software on a general purpose digital computer or by dedicated digital computer hardware. Appendices are concerned with error quaternions, four gimbal quaternions, and differential equation representation.
