Abstract:

The Tandem Laser and Zero Gain methods developed in these laboratories to study the primative vibrational populations obtained in selected chemical reactions have been exploited. The NH-fluoromethane insertion-elimination reactions were carefully examined as a prototype example of this type of chemical laser.
