This thesis is a report on current perceptions of problems of women integrating into the ranks of the U. S. Coast Guard as seen by those women and their male co-workers. A questionnaire was developed to survey all Coast Guard women for their opinions. An equal size sample of opinions of Coast Guard men was drawn for comparative purposes.
