Abstract:

A programmable symbol generator, in-raster buffer refresh memory and software development station was designed, fabricated and tested. The system was developed to meet the Navys needs for improved reliability vertical situation displays for advanced weapon systems. This report documents the last phase of a four phase study and development program sponsored by NADC. Also included in this report is a discussion of color requirements and a survey of color display technology. Author
