Abstract:
It has been shown by Ugo et al. that the coordinatively-unsaturated transition-metal complex PPh32Pt bistriphenylphosphine-platinum0- exhibits a chemical reactivity and binding stability with respect to the molecules O2, CO, SO2, C2H2, C2H4, H2, and N2 which can be compared on a one-to-one basis with those of a chemisorption site on a platinum surface.
