This is the first Semiannual Technical Summary Report on the Network Speech Processing Program to be submitted to the Defense Communications Agency. It covers the period 1 October 1976 through 31 March 1977 and reports on the following topics Secure Voice Conferencing, Speech Algorithms, and Bandwidth Efficient Communications.
