On 7 April 1977 AFRPL conducted a hydrostatic burst test of a fired TE-M-364-19 motor case. During testing the case was constrained such that firing conditions were simulated. This test-to-failure demonstrated that the case had a safety factor in excess of the 1.25 minimum. Author
