The purposes of this study are To review current directives, reports, factors, and criticisms, that determine the current structure and methodology for test and evaluation within the Navy To determine the existence of overtesting or inadequate testing, and the emphasis on Operational Test and Evaluation, which affect the acquisition of weapon systems in the Naval Air Systems Command and To examine the extent and effectiveness of integrated testing.
