Abstract:

Boundary layer profiles were measured for various flow conditions at a position in front of a rotor. The rotor was located at the downstream end on an axisymmetric body. Results were obtained withwithout upstream appendages, withwithout upstream screen, and for an designoff design rotor flow coefficients.
