A Job Dimension survey was developed and administered to 102 Minutemen Missile Operation crew members, Malmstrom A.F.B., Great Falls Montana. The study concluded that job satisfaction is a multi-dimensional concept and not all of the dimensions contribute equally, nor do they operate independently. The intrinsic dimensions of the job situation were found to be highly related to both job and organizational satisfaction while extrinsic dimensions were primarily related only to organizational USAF satisfaction.
