Abstract:

The pool of leadership task descriptions developed under Work Unit OFFTRAIN was affirmed by a representative sample of junior officers. As an indication of the relevance of the items, it was pointed out that, of the 245 items, only 14 received less than 50 affirmations. A list of leadership tasks ranked for training priority are provided to form a new base for a leadership development curriculum. Author
