Pagination or Media Count:
Preliminary observations indicated that the intensity of light versus time for chemiluminescent reaction curves were different for various materials. The reaction rate appeared to be specific for each substrate and offered the possibility of group separation of biological materials. The objective of this effort was to study the degree of specificity of the reaction. A rapid and sensitive method for the discrimination of certain biological materials based upon the chemiluminescent reaction has been developed.
