In general, this study deals with a comparison of attitudes toward Air Force periodicals of a high career oriented group and a general group of Air Force personnel containing both careerists and non-careerists. The study was expected to disclose whether high career oriented personnel had significantly more positive attitudes toward the periodicals than the general or random group. The investigator believes that this is the first study to attempt a correlation between reader attitudes and motivation toward an Air Force career.
