This final report on the three year period of ONR Contract N00014-73-C-0315 gives results on development of fabrication techniques and microwave properties of Nb3Ge and Mo-Re superconductor Josephson junctions. Successful fabrication techniques were devised to make junctions operable at comparatively high cryogenic temperatures. The possibility of using radiation-emitting junctions as a frequency-agile microwave source was examined. Some experimental work on microstrip coupling to Josephson devices was performed.
